Postpartum services

Whether this is your first or your fourth baby, this time is equally precious and overwhelming. I will provide your family with nurturing, and caring support to help you feel comfortable in caring for your baby. As a doula I can be there to encourage you to follow your instincts and hep you when you are questioning them.  Sometimes all we need is have someone there to say yes you are doing great and to encourage you to not doubt yourself.   I can provide you with evidence based information in breastfeeding  support / formula feeding support.  I also offer basic care for your newborn baby. Think of me as the extra pair of hands we all wished we had during this time.

Rates are $35 hourly for the following services:

• Laundry as we all know how fast this adds up especially with a newborn
• Lighthouse keeping- we can customize it to your preference some ideas are dishes, vacuuming,  tiding up nursery, emptying garbage's
• Baby care support includes- bathing, feeding support in which ever way you choose , diaper changes.
• Sleep support- Sometimes all you need is someone to hold  baby for 4 hours while you get some much needed rest or take a shower
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the family I can accommodate any allergies please specify when booking
• Walking your fur baby's so you don't have too
• 24/7-Phone, txt and email support for any questions 

Packages-

Bundles of 10 hours can be purchased an used at your own convenience for $350
